Sizing Tip; when laid flat and measured across the front, 
the Small measures 20 inches, the Medium measures 22 inches, 
the Large measures 23 inches, the XL measures 24 inches,
and the XXL measures 25 inches.

From collar base to bottom hem is 28.5 inches for the medium, 29 inches for the large and 29.5 inches for the XL.
